New - Nutrition Support Group 2:00pm - 3:00pm, Wednesday, September 19 FREE and open to the public. This is not just for members but anyone who feels they need educational or emotional support to lose weight or improve their health and fitness. Teens and seniors welcome, come and be a part of an extended family. Please call and put your name on the list so we can know how many to expect. The Steel Mill staff will provide FREE Body Fat Measurements to help you set your calorie needs.
 
New (4 week) - Overweight Teen After School Program begins Monday, September 17. FREE and open to the public. This is not just for members but any teen who feels they need it. Come, be a part of an extended family and get the support you need to help you get the results you want. Please call and put your name, phone number, and time you are available after school on Monday's. We will use this info to set a class time. FREE Body Fat Measurement to help you set your calorie needs.
 
Beginning 6:00pm, Monday, September 17 FREE to members, $7.00 for nonmembers. Yoga for balance. This class is for everyone. Yoga reduces stress, improves flexibility, balance, and core strength.
